Each Lutea Studios garment is made to order in Somerset using materials sourced from renowned British mills. This approach minimises waste, elevates quality, and ensures every piece is created with intention.

Our process: involves hand-making each piece from our selected cloth, on an individual basis, for unrivalled individuality, care, and craftsmanship.

Our aim is to create garments of enduring quality and distinction. We work with renowned British fabric mills and suppliers, selecting materials for their character and longevity, and each piece is made in Bristol by skilled tailors. Every garment is made to order, ensuring a considered fit, attentive communication, and a piece that reflects both our standards and your individuality.

Our process explained

1. Order confirmed
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your piece will be scheduled in our workshop.
2. Fabric prepared
We reserve your cloth and prepare the pattern to your specifications.
3. Cutting
Cloth is hand-cut to ensure precise alignment and minimal waste.
4. Making
Your garment is sewn in Somerset with meticulous hand-finishing.
5. Quality check
All seams and measurements are carefully inspected and refined.
6. Pack and dispatch
Your piece is wrapped and prepared, accompanied by Lutea keepsakes, and sent via a fully tracked service.

Lead time & shipping of our pieces

Lead time: approximately three weeks from order confirmation.
Shipping: complimentary and fully tracked.

Returns & cancellations

Because each garment is made uniquely for you:
50% of the order value is non-refundable once production begins, covering fabric allocation and tailoring.
Cancellations within 24 hours receive a full refund.
Returns in original condition within the return window are refunded at 50% of the purchase price.
Faults or misdescriptions? We will repair, replace, or refund in full.
